The 15-minute discovery call is a complimentary phone chat designed to help you understand whether my services are the right fit for your business. During this call, we’ll cover your bookkeeping needs, the support you’re looking for, and how I can assist. This call is not a problem solving or training session, and no work on your accounts will be carried out. If you need help with specific issues or would like me to review your Xero file, I’ll recommend booking an appropriate paid service. Please be ready to take the call at the scheduled time so we can make the most of your 15 minutes. If you need to reschedule, just let me know in advance where possible.
