  • invoices, bills, receipts and bookkeeping records

  • information from connected business systems or add-ons

  • the Anytime Assist website

  • Wix forms and Wix Bookings

  • email and phone communication

  • Xero

  • Stripe or PayPal payment processing

  • client documents and records

  • client-provided access to bookkeeping, payroll, job management or business systems

Anytime Assist may also use third-party platforms and tools, including Wix, Xero, Stripe, PayPal, Meta/Facebook Pixel and Google Ads tracking.

Where relevant to client work, other systems may also be used or accessed, including platforms such as Tradify, Simpro, ServiceM8, Silq, Fergus, Tradie Space, Deputy and Tanda.

Why information is collected

Personal information is collected and used to:

  • respond to enquiries

  • book and manage appointments

  • provide bookkeeping, BAS, payroll, superannuation and Xero support services

  • prepare quotes or service recommendations

  • issue invoices and manage payments

  • communicate with clients

  • meet legal, professional and record-keeping obligations

  • improve the website and understand how visitors use it

  • manage client records and business administration

Website analytics, cookies and tracking

The Anytime Assist website may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to understand website traffic, improve the site and measure advertising performance.

This may include tools such as Meta/Facebook Pixel and Google Ads tracking.

You can usually manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the website may not work as intended if cookies are disabled.

Email marketing

Anytime Assist does not currently send email marketing newsletters.

Client information is treated as confidential and is not disclosed unless authorised, required to provide services, or required by law.

Storage and security

Anytime Assist takes reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Information may be stored in secure digital systems, cloud-based software, email, bookkeeping platforms and business administration tools.

No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but reasonable care is taken to keep information safe.

Overseas storage

Some third-party platforms used by Anytime Assist may store or process information outside Australia.

This may include platforms such as Wix, Xero, Stripe, PayPal, Google and Meta.

By using the website or engaging Anytime Assist, you acknowledge that some information may be handled through third-party systems that operate internationally.

Accessing or correcting your information

You may contact Anytime Assist to request access to personal information held about you or to ask for incorrect information to be corrected.
