These Terms of Service apply to the use of the Anytime Assist website and services provided by Anytime Assist.
By using this website, booking a call, making an enquiry or engaging Anytime Assist, you agree to these terms.

Services
Anytime Assist provides bookkeeping, BAS agent and Xero support services.
Services may include:

Services are provided within the scope of Jess Kirkett’s BAS Agent registration and experience.
Anytime Assist does not provide services outside its professional scope.

The information on this website is general in nature and is provided for general guidance only.
Website content, blog posts, resources and examples are not a substitute for advice based on your specific business circumstances.
Bookings
Bookings may be made through the website, Wix Bookings, email or another agreed method.
Free calls and paid sessions are subject to availability.
For paid sessions, at least 24 hours’ notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the session fee may still be payable unless otherwise agreed or required by Australian Consumer Law.
Quotes and pricing
Prices listed on the website are a guide only unless confirmed in writing.
Some services may require a quote before work begins.
Clean-up work, catch-up bookkeeping, overdue lodgements, payroll corrections, file reviews and additional support may be quoted separately.
Anytime Assist may update prices from time to time. Updated prices will apply to new bookings, new quotes or future work unless otherwise agreed.
Payment terms
Invoices are issued through Xero.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or by credit or debit card through Stripe.
PayPal may also be available where offered.
Standard payment terms are 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late or unpaid invoices may result in work being paused until payment is received.
Refunds
Refunds are considered in line with Australian Consumer Law and the circumstances of the booking or service.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Client responsibilities
To provide services properly, Anytime Assist relies on you to provide accurate, complete and timely information.
You are responsible for:

providing correct business and contact details

giving access to relevant systems, including Xero where required

providing documents, records and information on time
-
checking information supplied by you is accurate
-
reviewing reports, summaries, lodgements or documents when requested

asking questions if something is unclear
-
advising Anytime Assist of any changes that may affect the work
Anytime Assist is not responsible for errors, delays, penalties or issues caused by missing, incorrect, incomplete or late information provided by you or third parties.
Xero and third-party access
You may be asked to provide access to Xero or other business systems.
You are responsible for providing the correct access and removing access if services end.
Anytime Assist may work with third-party software, including but not limited to Xero, Wix, Stripe, PayPal, Tradify, Simpro, ServiceM8, Silq, Fergus, Tradie Space, Deputy and Tanda.
Third-party platforms have their own terms, privacy policies, security settings and service availability. Anytime Assist is not responsible for outages, errors, changes or issues caused by third-party platforms.
BAS, ATO and lodgement matters
Anytime Assist provides BAS agent services within its professional scope.
Lodgement work depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by you.
Anytime Assist cannot guarantee ATO outcomes, penalty remission, payment plan approval, refund timing, processing timeframes or how the ATO may treat a matter.
Xero File Health Checks and reviews
A Xero File Health Check, Free Xero File Snapshot or similar review is a practical review of selected areas of a Xero file.
It is not an audit.
It is not financial advice.
It is not full tax advice.
It does not guarantee that the Xero file is correct, complete or compliant in every area.
The review is based on the information available at the time and the access provided.
Any fixes, clean-up work, corrections, lodgements or further review work are quoted separately unless clearly included in the agreed service.
Confidentiality
Client information is treated as confidential.
Information will not be disclosed unless authorised by you, required to provide the agreed services, required by law, or permitted under professional obligations.
Intellectual property
Website content, wording, downloads, templates, guides and resources created by Anytime Assist are owned by Anytime Assist unless stated otherwise.
You may use the content for your own personal or business reference.
You must not copy, reproduce, sell, republish or distribute Anytime Assist content without permission.
Limitation of liability
Anytime Assist takes reasonable care in providing services and maintaining the website.
To the extent permitted by law, Anytime Assist is not liable for loss, damage, penalties, delays, missed deadlines or other issues caused by:

incorrect or incomplete information provided by you

late information or delayed responses

third-party software issues

ATO system delays or decisions

bank feed issues
-
payroll platform issues

internet, email or technology problems

unauthorised changes made by others

matters outside Anytime Assist’s reasonable control
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Ending services
Either party may end an ongoing service arrangement by giving written notice, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Any outstanding invoices remain payable.
Before services end, Anytime Assist may provide reasonable handover information where appropriate and where invoices are paid up to date.
Changes to these terms
Anytime Assist may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
The updated version will be published on the website with the latest update date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
